Ajai established Cafe Chai Lovers (CCL) with a mission to revolutionize the cafe experience. His vision was to create a welcoming space where quality and community come first, offering a diverse menu that ranges from premium chai and chai lattes to coffees, cappuccinos, milkshakes, mocktails, and lassis with authentic flavors —all at affordable prices.
Ajai’s journey began in the aviation industry, where he started as a Trainee Manager. However, driven by his entrepreneurial spirit and passion for hospitality, he pursued his dream of building a cafe that brings people together through exceptional drinks and memorable experiences.
“CCL was a dream come true—each step brought me closer to building something meaningful,” Ajai shares.
